This is not a cause for concern, but a normal behaviour. Often, it will stand at 92% or 95% for about 10 minutes.
Use "Shortcut for SAP Systems" to accomplish many tasks in the SAP basis more easily and quickly.
However, it is not correct to refer to the SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA platforms as SAP Basis.
