What problems our SAP Support helps
Building skills with a wide range of services and educational content
In fact, many companies are in a difficult position in terms of their SAP environment. Our specialists are regularly consulted about licencing costs, optimisation and compliance risks. Each time, they offer tailor-made solutions that are perfectly tailored to each customer's needs.

In order to allow small internal SAP teams to focus on their daily business, outsourced support provides an enormous support help. Your SAP employees no longer have to solve any problems themselves, won't be ripped out of their day-to-day operations, and can dedicate themselves to efficiency-enhancing projects to drive your business forward. A big advantage is also the speed of the fixes due to the service provider's many years of experience with bugs already encountered from other customer systems. This will speed up troubleshooting and help you identify the problem behind a failure.
Focus on core competencies and innovation
In April and May 2014, the German-speaking SAP User Group (DSAG) e. V. interviewed 389 members on the topic Maintenance/Service & Support. Key findings are: The use of Standard Support and Enterprise Support remains the same in German-speaking countries. Enterprise Support requires more information about the benefits. DSAG members are largely up-to-date with their ERP systems. Over half use the latest versions of the Enhancement Packages. DSAG Survey SAP SupportThe relationship between Standard Support and Enterprise Support is, as in previous years, almost balanced. Austria deviates here with a significantly stronger use of Enterprise Support. "In German-speaking countries, users deliberately choose a support model and stick to it. The value is stable over the last few years and the readiness to change is low," comments Andreas Oczko, DSAG's Executive Board Member Operations/Service & Support. Only two percent of the support experts surveyed rely on third-party providers. Without a maintenance contract, one percent of the participants will be paid.

From the Deploy phase onwards, we integrate our AMS Service Agents into the project work and documentation to optimise the transfer of know-how. Our AMS Agents will get to know your employees and the IT landscape and can support you in the GoLive phase. This approach enables a seamless transition from the Hypercarephase to Application Management Services.

Tools such as "Shortcut for SAP Systems" allow for a quick fix in SAP support.

A classic win-win situation has thus arisen.
