Make sense in maintaining proposal values
What to do when the auditor comes - Part 2: Authorizations and parameters
This role is now available for you to assign to users. As a design-time object, you can transport this role via the HANA-owned Transport Service (HALM) or via the SAP Solution Manager with the CTS+ extension. After transport to the target system, this role is activated as a runtime object. You can assign HANA roles via both SAP HANA Studio and SAP Identity Management.

After clicking on this button, you will see the current ZBV status in the area of the same name and can release the selected system from the ZBV via the Run button. ZBV is no longer active for this subsidiary system. To avoid inconsistencies in the user master kits, you must reconcile the users in the daughter system after the ZBV is activated. You can do this in the transaction SCUG and transfer user data from the subsidiary system to the central system. Information on the technical requirements can be found in SAP Note 962457. To disable the ZBV completely, use the RSDELCUA report or the Delete button in the transaction SCUA. With this function you have the possibility to delete either only certain subsidiary systems from the ZBV or the complete ZBV.
Check for permissions on the old user group when assigning a new user group to a user
Permissions are often not restricted because there is often no information about how the object should be shaped. The identification of the required functional components is often considered to be too burdensome and the risks from a lack of limitation are considered to be too low.

Package Privileges permissions: Package Privileges are permissions that control access to development packages in the SAP HANA database. Packages contain design-time versions of objects that can be transported with this package via a delivery unit and thus made available to other systems.

For the assignment of existing roles, regular authorization workflows require a certain minimum of turnaround time, and not every approver is available at every go-live. With "Shortcut for SAP systems" you have options to assign urgently needed authorizations anyway and to additionally secure your go-live.

This report cleans up inconsistencies and adds missing modification flags in the transaction SU24 data that may turn up as errors when the transaction SU25 is executed.

However, it is difficult for a support worker to understand permissions errors because they have different permissions and are often missing detailed information about the application where the permission error occurred.
